A few weeks were left til the graduation, but the next best event was tonight. A spring dance!Most of the student body came, even some parents volunteer.
Everybody was the time of their lives. Dancing, singing along with the music that played, chatting with some friends. They were having a ball. Well, almost everyone.
A beautiful red head with blue streaks, stood in the corner. She watched most of her friends dance with their love ones. She sighed. Her love hasn't come yet. She glanced at the kid that was causing trouble. She could see her father chasing after him.

Aura: Hey, get back here! You're not allowed to do that!! *chases the student around til he got near Celeste) Hey there, Cel. Why the long face?

Celeste: Garfield isn't here yet....maybe he's not coming.

Aura: Now why wouldn't he come. He has a lovley date waiting for him. He's just running late sweety. Now that you mention it*looks around* Katea and Gar aren't here either.

Celeste: Regina is here, perhaps she knows whats has happened to them.

Aura: I'll ask her, as soon as I get this little rascal!!*runs off*

Celeste: Oh Gar, where are you.

~over by the punch table~

Regina stood by the punch bowl. She was looking around for someone. Atlast she spotted him, coming towards her way. AXcel grabs a plastic cup from one of the stacks.

BeastGirl: Uh hey there Axcel.

Axcel: Uh...hello? * he begins to pour the punch into his cup*

BeastGirl:, A-are you having fun so far?

Axcel: Yea, I guess.* he takes a quick glance at her appearance* I see you didn't go all out like some random moodern princess theme.

BeastGirl: You like? I picked myself. I think the princess thing was a bit much.

Axcel: A bit?

BeastGirl: Hey!

Axcel: W-what its the truth.

BeastGirl(crosses her arms in anger. She then calms down when she realized she wanted to ask him something) Um...Axcel?W-would you--

Just then Chromasia came happily dancing her way towards AXcel. She grabbed his hand.

Chro: Come on! Dance with us. You're gonna drink the whole bowl by standing there looking like a stick!

BeastGirl: (ear slowly goes down) Uh, see you later....I guess.Hm, where is mom, dad and Ferio at?

A few minutes later, the trio came busting thru the entrance. Gar had a guitar in his hand, while Firanna held the twins. Ferio rushed to the stage panting. The students stopped dancing and stared ar the weird green kid. Starfire approached them.

Starfire: Anna, Gar! You have made it what happen?

Firanna:*trying to catch her breath* Lets just say we had chao all over the house. I told Feiro to clean his room! He never finds anything in that mess. I also told Gar to clean the damn garage as well! He couldn't find his guitar. Augh, men -_-

Ferio turned on the mike once he caught his breath.

Ferio: Sup guys! Sorry I'm late. I was trying to suprise a special someone with a request she made a few days ago.*galnces at Celeste and waves* Well,she asked if i could write and sing a little song for her for her graduation next year but I couldn't wiat. I wrote all my feelings towards her on a paper that is now a song. Uh before I start, Dezzy could you, set your little keyboard into that tune I aksed for?

Dezzy happily nodded and came up to the stage. She pushed a few buttons and set a tune. Ferio signal his father to star playing, Ferio begin to sang. Dezzy waited for her que to push the button to set oif the tune.

BeastGirl: Aww, thats so sweet. Dont you think so Axcel?
Axcel: I guess...I don't really get it.
BeastgIrl: *Glares at him angrily* Hmph, I wouldn't be suprise if you didn't get . Its not like you have any idea whats it like to be in love.
Axcel: And I suppose you do? Does this guy even know that you exist or has feelings for him?
BeastGirl: Yea...I do...and I would say no. He's too stupid and stubborn to realize it.*she walks away angrily * He really is too stubborn to even realize. I mean why would anybody wanna fall in love with a guy like him. He doesn't care about other's feelings anywa--*her sentence was interrupted when a she felt someone grabbing her arm*
Axcel: Msut you run away from me everytime I somehow insult you?
BeastGirl:...
Axcel: If I remember correctly, I believe you wanted to ask me something?
BeastGirl:*ears perk up when she hears a slow song playing* Um..yea. I figure since, everybody is...um dancing with eachother, I was wondering if you would*gulp* like to dance...with meh?
Axcel:...
BeastGirl: Okay, I got it. You don't do dancing.
Axcel:-sigh- just this once. Don't breathe a word to anyone either. People will get the wrong idea.
BeastGirl: Gotcha ^w^ *tail wagging crazy*
BeastGirl leads him to a little empty space far away from everybody.
*back to Cel and ferio*
Celeste: Ferio, I-I never knew you had such a voice for love songs.
Ferio: You be suprise what I can do.
Celeste: ALmost the whole school heard you, Afraid about your rep?
Ferio: Nah.Nothing matters now, as long as I'm with you.
